Updated review:The original review was based upon what was clearly a returned package sent to me by mistake via Bolo. I contacted Bolo customer service and they immediately refunded me and I threw away what I was shipped. Just be careful and inspect your bottles - ensure all seals are intact! If so, then you have the genuine article. Also preferably ensure you are getting your items from Freedom Laser Therapy, with shipping from Bolo.Now - let me share a review of the actual product itself. Overall, this represents a good bundle price / discount vs. buying everything separately (per the prices shown below).Shampoo & Conditioner - $48 by itselfShampoo is very good, pleasant to use, and includes amino acids and castor oil. Note - no biotin or saw palmetto included, which is too bad.Conditioner - this is where the biotin comes in. Although they suggest 2-minutes, I’d recommend leaving on your hair for 5-minutes based upon some studies online about leaving it on the hair for longer periods. You can go even longer if you’d like.Note - this is not a ‘thickening’ shampoo and conditioner per se, but those are just ‘cover ups’. That is, they make your hair look good for a day, but they do not get to the root of the problem by strengthening the hair. This is a beneficial shampoo that helps to slow hair loss by strengthening the hair, but also making it good for styling. In saying this, please don’t think that just using this shampoo will stop your hair loss if you are suffering from hereditary hair loss. You will likely need other serums/pills/medications, but it all works together.Serum - $30 by itself - In all honesty, I need to try this more. I find it difficult to use as Rogaine is the FDA approved method and I can’t use both. But given some reviews online, I think I need to try and work it in. In comparison to some other companies, this is great value (I’m looking at you Nutrafol that charges $69 (!) for their serum)Pills - $30 by themselves - there are tons of pills available online from reputable (and some not so reputable) companies and these seem in-line with the best: 5000 mg Biotin and then 705 mg of ‘proprietary’ formula, which is likely predominantly Saw Palmetto. If you find it convenient, definitely get these pills, but you can also just purchase Saw Palmetto and Biotin separately for likely a lot less. Up to you.I hope this helps others in their journey.——-Original review: Only 5% to 20% of product in bottlesWhat a disappointment. Everything appeared to be fine from the outside box to the official box for the product. Then I opened the pills and noticed the seal was broken. And only 16 of 60 pills inside. I immediately checked the other products: shampoo was maybe 20% full, conditioner maybe 20%+ but looked “odd” (old?) and the serum was maybe 5% left in the bottle. All seals were broken including the plastic wrap typically found on shampoo and conditioner bottles. You could see where they were torn off. I clearly got used items that were returned or a scam is underway. Either way - returned. Be careful. See the photos.
