Best Gluten-free Bread
This is the most delicious gluten-free bread I've ever had. It doesn't contain any added oil or sweetness. It has a nutty flavor. Be careful not to toast it too much, as the edges can become too crispy. It's great for sandwiches, of course, but it's also delicious with olive paste! One drawback is that once you open the package and put it back in the freezer, most of the slices stick together, so you have to wait for them to thaw. Trying to separate them by force will cause them to break. Personally, I think the thickest slices at the ends are the softest and most delicious! Other varieties from this same brand contain some kind of added oil or sweetener, so I only eat this keto version.This is my Gluten, Sugar, Oil free Sandwich Recipe:1. Toast (Base Culture Keto Bread | Original,100% Paleo, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Non-GMO, Dairy Free, and Soy Free | 16oz Loaf).2. Spread (CAVA Traditional Hummus, 8 OZ.).3. PRICEY BUT WORTH IT!
First, this is an expensive ketoloaf of bread. Its also a small loaf. But its made of really healthy ingredients and you aren't going to be eating 6 slices in a day. The taste is wonderful, it toasts great and combines with good butter, it becomesaddictive! BTW, the slices of the keto variety are not too thin...there is a texture of country bread with the seeds and nuts. You can find this bread on sale occasionally, some healthy stores sell it under 10$....it needs to be kept in the fridge or freezer.

I think this is one of the best keto breads for sandwiches; each slice is 4g net carbs, and while it's a bit small it holds together well. The only thing that is really different from regular bread is the slightly eggy texture (which I like, so it's a plus to me). It is a tiny bit rubbery with a tiny snap when you bite through. It is moist, hearty, earthy, and has good texture, but a bit crumbly around the edges.
Freaking Excellent
This is the ONLY bread we have found that is not only gluten-free, but also does not contain starch substitutes and fillers. It is one of the best-tasting sliced breads we have had.

The one that I received was old and moldy. So cannot recommend. At the same time, if you can find it in your local grocery store, and have Gluten intolerance, then probably it is worth giving it a try. GF Bread are pricier than normal breads .... and this Basic Culture brand GF bread is not an exception. It is also GRAIN-FREE and consists of10 clean ingredients like almonds, flax, and eggs, which make a nutrient-packed LOW-CARB (due to fiber content) bread. It is not dry if you can find an actual fresh (not moldy) one but do NOT expect the soft buttery texture of normal bread in this one! It is dense and more like homemade breakfast cakes/muffins we can make at home!
Tastes Like Saw Dust and Fail
Stuff has the consistency of foam rubber and is less tasty.Goes moldy in days. No preservatives.Threw both loaves out and went to the store and bought regular bread from Wal-Mart for a buck, versus the $8.50 this crap costs to help feed rodents in the landfills.

I am so grateful this bread exists. I am allergic to yeast and gluten so this is literally the only bread I can eat. There’s another brand, but it went out of business so I was so excited to see this!Yes, if you leave it in the fridge over a few days, you may start to see some mold in about a week or so. That’s because it doesn’t have all the yucky preservatives and processed chemicals that other breads have! You can solve this by putting it in the fridge and then in the freezer or just start with the freezer like I do. Separate some of the pieces so they don’t stick. If you keep it out of both put it in the fridge or freezer within a few days. Other than that, it is tasty and fresh as you can expect with non-gluten non-yeast bread. Lol you expect expectations if you expect it to be like the fancy high calorie high chemical bread. This is nature a little processed at its best.
The best clean keto bread
Really good for keto and I love that it toasts well and is good with both sweet and savory applications. Clean ingredients (dairy free / nothing weird).
