I give these five because I have purchased them a few times. I have been using them for about the last nine months. I am hoping that they are working well, but I really don’t want to find out if they don’t. I will not stop taking them. This brand is tried and true and I trust it. They are very easy to take, and I feel it is very high-quality.

I was skeptical about Neuriva, however, after taking for a few weeks, I have really felt the difference. My mental acuity is sharper and my memory is better. I am glad I purchased this product.

I only took one only during the times I need to be somewhere and didn't feel that well. It tends to make me a little jittery it has coffia extract, not sure of spelling on that. I did not notice any improvement on memory or brain fog. It actually not made me feel slightly jittery I do not drink coffee anymore. I do not believe this has caffeine but can't say for sure I don't think I would have ordered it if it did because caffeine does not work with me. It only has two ingredients phosphoditol serene (sp?), I don't have it here I'm downstairs it's upstairs. That is a brain supplement and one of the few that breaks the blood brain barrier. I can't really speak to it because I only completed 4 of 6 years of college to become an ND. Doctorate of naturopathic medicine. I know that ingredient is beneficial to the brain and helps with memory and focus. My concern is the coffia extract. Coffee is a natural antioxidant and great for focus and concentration.That's all I can say it didn't seem to make a difference for me but everyone's an individual.

Use these daily and they really seem to help! Help with focusing and remembering. No taste that I have noticed and it hasn’t disrupted my sleep that I have noticed.
