I had brand named darkened chasing mirror signals that I had installed about five years ago, which I spent $120 on or so. I recently noticed that the driver side one was faulty and appeared to have a short. It would blink at odd intervals and not completely light up all the time. I decided to go about searching for replacements, mainly just for the driver side, as the passenger side was working fine. I decided to pick these up because of their price and was concerned that I may not be able to use them. As I continued reading more about them before they were delivered I kept seeing some things about the infamous "blue wire" and became worried, as I have puddle lights on my mirrors. Luckily when I received my units, there was no blue wire in sight, just the standard plug I was hoping for, so I'm guessing newer versions may not have this concern anymore. Upon installing them I was very surprised, not only do they work, they are MUCH BRIGHTER than my more expensive pair (as you can see in the video, driver side is this turn signal installed, passenger side is the old more expensive light). They're so bright in fact that you can see them during a super bright sunny day. One other thing that surprised me was the little notch that lights up on the mirror side so you can see if your turn signal is working while driving. These have clear indicators so you can see this while driving (just like the factory blinkers), while my more expensive version was completely blacked out and didn't have an indication that they were working at all while driving. I have been more than impressed with these and haven't run into any issues yet. I haven't tested to ensure the puddle lights are working yet, but I will see if those are working just as soon as it gets dark out.Edit 2022-09-18:These continue to work just as well as when I installed them. My folding mirrors haven't had any issues either (between still folding appropriately and the puddle lights continuing to function as expected.)

Since buying my 2019 Rabbit Edition GTI, I've craved having the Euro taillights and OSRAM OEM scrolling mirror side marker lights; unfortunately, those parts are quite expensive. Upon shopping, I've contemplated buying OEM from the dealer, OSRAM, or Dynablink. From screenshots, this appears budget model appears nearly identical to both the DynaBlink and iJDMToys parts for around 1/4th the cost. For $50 shipped, I've decided to give these a shot. Wow, I'm happy I tried these first! The markings and moldings are identical to the above-mentioned parts! Besides the OSRAM, which are made in Europe, these are most likely all from the same Chinese supplier used by other aftermarket vendors.Now installation, this kit includes a Torx 10m wrench and a plastic bone tool. Nice bonus!! I found online instructions helpful, but be wary when you reinstall the mirror covers; it's quite easy to damage the plastic tabs! I've broken both sides by both assembly and disassembly. Fortunately, my mirror covers are still securely clipped into place. Take your time!Finally, performance; If you notice on my attached screenshot, my 2019 GTI the driver's side light was replaced with this scrolling light while the passenger side was kept OEM. This smoked lamp is intensely brighter and more visible; it's a night and day difference!Overall, I was skeptical about performing this sort of lighting mod onto my car, but overall I'm more than pleased with the results! I highly recommend this product!

I was a bit hesitant based on the price for these LED blinkers. Installed them in 45 minutes and they look great. The smoked lenses are very cool and the sequential signals look even cooler. They are very bright. There are two tabs on the top of the mirror cap that you will need to access. You can use a thin flat head screwdriver for the outer one. But I suggest you use a pick tool for the inner one since there is very little space and you do not want to damage the mirror. Wiring harness is perfect plug and play. Great upgrade for the price.

The media could not be loaded. Been wanting to get new mirror indicators for awhile but just didn’t have any money on the side to spend. Ones I’ve been looking at were a bit pricy until I found these ones! Great price for these and was simple and easy to install myself. There’s plenty of helpful YT videos for this installment. They’re very bright and run smoothly as well! Along with the products came with a screwdriver tool and a plastic tool to help you pop out the mirror! Highly recommend this product!

Fit very well in my 2018 gti, high quality and looks great! 4/5 because one of the holes made for the T10 wasn’t fully drilled out so I had to do that myself in order to fit the screw in. They also included a T10 wrench and a trim removal piece with the package. Meaning you won’t need any of your own tools to do the swap!

The media could not be loaded. nothing much for me to say, but i highly recommend these to anyone! installing the blinkers was really easy even if you don’t know what you’re doing. the lights don’t cut out short for me as other reviews posted, but holding them gives me a feel of high quality which is what we all seek as customers :)
