I use this because nutritional content of actual sprouts are unreliable and I need them for estrogen metabolism.The capsules need to be taken with a meal. It says ot on the bottle as well. No aftertaste detected but yes there is a mild taste to them before swallowing. It's nothing serious though.Easy to swallow.So far it seems to help, along with the DIM I already take which my OBGYN recommended. Water retention has gotten better. I have already lost a few pounds of water weight and I feel better hydrated after water intake and more satiated when I eat.Another benefit is reduced bleeding. I have adenomyosis and PCOS. All of that seems to be improving.

Cleanest ingredients on the market. So far so good. Didn't give it 5 stars because it is VERY VERY DIFFICULT to swallow. Always take these pills when someone is around you JUST IN CASE you start choking.

It is hard to tell that this is working as it is more of a preventative medication. That said it does seem a bit pricey. I also found out that I need to take 2 pills a day and not one so the firt bottle was only a 15 day supply and was $40. Seems way too high.

CURED STOMACH BURNING
My stomach was burning for over 2 weeks , I could barely eat or sleep because of the pain. I researched and found this and it helped almost instantly! The first day it reduced the burning by about 30% , so the next day I took one with each meal , by the third day I would say I was 70% better! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !
