It is also good for blood health - blood pressure and its great for cholesterol health. There are many uses but this brand is very reputable and reliable and makes a solid Pumpkin Seed Oil at high dose and shipping is very fast. Good purchase!

I bought this for me but I ended up giving it to my grand daughter she is 2.5 yrs old so I am very cautious what I give her because of her age, but this is perfect she has extremely dry skin it use to stay sore and bleed no more with taking this her skin has improved a lot. will never quit taking it .

Nice big capsules, easy to swallowNot sure if it has an effect yet however it's also not having adverse effectsProduct seems to be good quality, all capsules look the same in terms of coloration, they have a slight yellowish tint (pumpkin seed oil is colorless or very slightly yellow if pure), and have no odor.So far so good

Pumpkin seed oil is used for a lot of things and one of them is for hair shedding. It stopped the shedding and helped me grow back the hair I lost. Been using it for a couple of years now what a difference it made!
