This product is so much easier to take than most bone support products. You only have to take 3 capsules a day as opposed to 6 or more huge tablets from other brands. The type of calcium is well absorbed into the body and there are many other vitamins and minerals that are vital to bone health.

No me ha gustado, por un lado tiene un olor espantoso, menos mal que viene en cápsulas, además me produjo ardores. Pensé que el resultado iba a ser mejor pues el colágeno de procedencia marina dicen que es más efectivo, pero en mi caso no ha sido así. Anteriormente había tomado otro de procedencia bovina y con él si vi resultados en mi piel.
