Better delivery form of soft gels than MCT in powder form which is not dissolving well neither in hot coffee, nor in juices, forming clumps.

Packaging states made from Globally sourced ingredients. Made in China?? If you like knowing where your stuff is made, or if you have difficulty swallowing pills, this product isn't for you. These gel caps are huge!

I can't find anything whatsoever describing what type of oil it is, whether coconut oil or what it is, just says "oil" Very disappointed.

朝から食べ過ぎたら一日のカロリーが終わるので、これ4つで100キロカロリーで、身体が飢餓状態にならず、冷えず、空腹感もなく、代謝維持されたまま昼まで過ごせるような気がします。朝の時間にも余裕が持てるし、オススメです！なんなら17時くらいまで持たせたかったら、また2粒づつ飲んでみて、お腹空いたらまた2粒足すで、カロリー考えたら朝と昼で200キロカロリーでいけます。お菓子買うより安上がりだし、健康的でもあるのでお気に入りです！あとは、飲み物は水、お茶コーヒーかハーブティーにしてます。それさえ出来れば身体の調子が良く、肌荒れもしません。

人に進められて購入しました。その人はめちゃくちゃ痩せたらしいですが私にはあまり効果を感じれませんでした。もう少し続けて飲んでみます。
