When I bought this product I just needed the cushions,and those work well (generic replacements do not because the cushions are oblong, not circular.) However, today I needed the wing, and the wings in this product do not fit the Elite 65e, so if you need the wings make sure you know what product you're buying for. (That said, I didn't dock any stars because the product seems fine for its intended use).

Overpriced if you just need 1 size! Works though.
Lost 1 of my ear pieces and this SET is the only was to get a replacement so have to pay for the 12 pieces to get the 1. Sigh.The fit isn't quite the same as my original -- I notice that it is more apt to not stay in position in the ear where I didn't have the issue previously. Maybe they materials used changed, or sizing is slightly off.Anyways, it is workable as a replacement.Just can't give 5 stars based on having to get a SET, and that it isn't an exact fit to the one lost.
