Excellent panties for abdominal incisions after a gastric sleeve surgery!!! So soft and comfortable! Had i not had these on hand after surgery, I wouldn't have anything to wear. I could pull these up and position them anywhere over my incisions and they were fine. I washed them 2x and they are fine. Washer and dryer. I wear a size 18 women's and the size chart was right on. I'll update when I can look to see what size I got. Highly recommend these, Ladies!

So disappointed that they barely got past my thighs, i’m literally and Xl and ordered a 2xl and they don’t fit !!

These come in handy, perfect to carry in a sanitary storage bag. Accidents happen and these are perfect to have just in case. They fit and feel comfortable. I ordered 2x and they fit great.

While the 2xl fit was great for someone like me that's size 18/20, there are several drawbacks that make these not worth the time or money:1. Pads of any sort will NOT STICK TO THEM, PERIOD! Makes them sort of useless, honestly2. crotch area is just 2 seams stitched and not very big or well made, honestly3. The leg areas roll up immediately upon moving at all! Defeats the purpose of having the longer leg areas
