This is small tube of standard silicone grease. There are cheaper and larger size tubes available that are the same grease. Nothing special about this grease, but it is what it is.

Tube's rear seal came apart when squeezed, contents is quite sticky
I used it to lubricate laser printer's nylon gears, after cleaning. While the printer worked afterwards, I wish this silicone wasn't so sticky.If you want the rear seal of the tube NOT to come apart you'll need to make a much larger hole in the tip, or just cut the tip's first ~3mm. Otherwise every time you squeeze the tube you'll get the lube coming out en masse in the back, not so much in the front.
