I use it to make popcorn and to moisturize my hands! I buy the big tub and leave it out in the sun to melt it a bit so that I can pour it in mason jars for the kitchen and separate tins for the gym bag. This is up there with shea butter for a great natural skin care treatment after a workout in the pool. Smells like coconut. Very nice and a great value. One tub lasts me about 2 years.

Otherwise this seems better than any I've bought over years. Also, the price makes a better deal. Moisturizing is my main use. So far, all my orders have arrived solid, but during summer it melts. Solid, it's easier to use. So, at least most of the year it's less messy and drippy to smear on than olive oil. Like olive oil, this pleasant smelling stuff is versatile. Cooking with this also works fine for me.
