KDF 55 is used to add to an existing filter tank. You can add this to any other types of filter media such as a water softener or carbon tank to remove higher levels of chlorine or iron.

KDF Process Media are high-purity copper-zinc granules that use redox (the exchange of electrons) to remove chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, water-soluble heavy metals from water. Effective?
