I have been taking these supplements for around 6 months now. I have seen my Triglycerides go from high to normal, so I do believe it has helped in that regard, as I had made no other major lifestyle changes.After a lot of research these are the best type of Vitamin E you can buy. Yes they are a little expensive, but where health is considered I would rather pay more than risk my health. Please do not buy the cheaper synthetic vitamin e... because research suggests they do more harm then good.These ones only have Tocotrienols only, which have superior health benefits and a better safety profile than tocopherol and not from oils, but annatto plant.... hence I will only buy this brand of Vitamin e.I just hope they will always sell them to the Bolo UK market.
