I really love this and take it pretty much every single night. It isn’t like taking a sedative so it doesn’t put me to sleep but it definitely helps me stay asleep and get more restful sleep. I’ve recommended this to several people and they all now swear by it. As I said, it doesn’t automatically knock you out, you have to lay down and try to rest but I can definitely tell when I don’t take it the next day. I’ve never felt like I was dragging or anything the next day. I’ve also taken it really late at night or even early early in the morning and slept for a shorter time before I had to get up. I didn’t feel sluggish or doped up the next morning. Would recommend to anyone who has sleeping issues even if for just more restful, restorative sleep.

Made me fall asleep pretty fast, within 30 mins or so around 11:30PM and I slept until 5AM without waking once, which I haven’t been able to do in years. I also don’t feel groggy from it. So far, I’m very happy!

I was taking straight melatonin and this works so much better. It helps you relax and sleep better overall with vivid dreams . No hangover in the morning. Overall great sleep aid .

This is by far the best over the counter sleep aid on the market and I’ve tried most of them. Personal suggestion, use when needed, of course you can use everyday however this significantly impacts normal sleep habits among other things. For first time users there can be an intense groggy effect the next morning however this is normal.

I tried lots of different things. Most wouldn’t work or would leave me very disconnected and groggy next day. This works and doesn’t leave me with that medicine feeling next day. It’s not something that works 100% of the time but it works almost every night and now I have a subscription to it. I don’t go to bed without it now.

Please don't buy this product! If I can give a - 10, instead of one star that I was forced to check, I would have of done it. This product keeps you up for at least 3 hours after taking. Then has the nerves to put you to sleep for only 2 hours, then you pop up again ( panicilike) in the game, " don't wake Daddy." Then you fall back to sleep for 30 minutes or so, then 4get it, your sleep is over for the whole night. It's time release, and really bad for sleep. 4get returns, you're stuck. All left is trashing it.
