This stuff is awesome. 10 to 20.minutes feeling less stressed. Didn't have to wait a month fir it to work. Calms me. Doesnt make me tired and irritable because I'm tired. Relaxed. Still energy to do everything. Helps me sleep better at night.

I have been taking this brand of supplements for several years now, and I believe they make a good quality product. I’ve given this specific product a good three weeks and I believe it is having an affect on the way I feel. So much so in fact that I have purchased the product a second time. The product is reasonably priced and the product is presented in a good quality manner as far as the packaging goes. I trust Nature’s Bounty.

This is my second bottle to combat some anxiety. I use one in the morning aftersbout and hour after drinking coffee then a second one in the afternoon and these have been helpful in managing some tough times that I been going through. It's a temporary fix until I'm able to cope with some tough months.
