The glasses are based on the traditional serves for seven classic cocktails: The old fashioned, Manhattan, Daiquiri, sour, Peasant, Buck and julep. The glass on these is thick, you will feel very safe holding one. I loved the design so grabbed these to be my highball glass of choice. My only complaint is 2 inch ice cubes wont fit so i either have to try and pre chop the cubes down or use 1 inch cubes. Still worth it. If you want some very high quality glass ware for a non outrageous price pick these up.

The photos do not do these justice. They are more refined at the rim than what you see in the photos. They're elegant, sturdy, a bit heavy, but they're great.

Sparkles quite brightly. It's a little smaller than I expected. But, I didn't look at the oz size. The glasses are sturdy & I'm really happy with the purchase.I've used these for several months and I notice something interesting. When I remove these glasses from the dishwasher, they are crystal clear. However, in the same wash load, when I remove my other drinking glasses (I don't know what brand they are), they have a film on them and I always rinse the film off before drinking from the no-name brand.So, I decided I ONLY want to use these drinking glasses. I'm really happy with the purchase.

I was so happy with these that I bought more of them and a selection of other styles from Riedel. Slowly creating a collection of beautiful barware. They’re a little pricier than some of the other glassware but worth it in my opinion. Lovely quality and weight.

I’m a big fan of riedel glasses and these are no exception. They’re a tad smaller than I thought, but I really enjoy their shape and heaviness.
