The medication I was taking for a while made my hair fall out. I started taking Boost and within about 3 months I noticed alot of new hair coming in. I've been using Boost almost a year now and my hair is the thickest it's ever been.

These were a godsend for my hair! I wasLosing hair all the time. Just passing my hands through my hair before and I was losing hair all the time. In the shower I had handfuls of hair just coming out, to the point it would make me cry.I researched my options, opted for these supplements and couldn’t be happier! They worked amazingly and my hair shedding was no where near it was. My skin benefited greatly too. They were easy on the stomach and I really recommend them to anyone suffering from the same issues I had previously been suffering from. I even bought the shampoo and conditioner that go along with it and very impressed with the quality and results!!

I bought this because my hair seems to be thinning at bit on top-probably from years of hair coloring. I previously used the gummies for hair, skin and nails and did not notice any results. After just a few weeks, my nails are actually growing. They were very weak and tore easily before using this, but now they are actually growing and looking like finger nails! They don't bend as much and I think that if I continue, my nails will continue to improve.My hair may take a bit longer to show results, but for the nail improvement alone, I will reorder this!

Hoping I’ll see a difference. I spend $18USD and nothing has happened yet. It’s been like 6months already. I do like the ingredients listed. Maybe I should cancel auto ship?!

I skipped my Hair Transplant clinic's overly expensive products and bought these supplements and haven't looked back. My hair and scalp has never been healthier! pair it with a hair serum for the best results.

I normally don't review personal products and something that is supposed to make your hair grow seems very personal to me. Over the years I have tried all of the popular hair growth supplements out there. I got some results from 2 of them . Both of which cost 5 times as much as Boost did. I am on own my 4th bottle and started noticing more body in my hair after about 6 weeks. My hairdresser commented about the same time. Now I have MORE hair! At my appointment for a cut last week , she even cut it a different way to feature my thicker hair. The trick is to take a least 2 bottles , think good thoughts, enjoy the results.

I'm always disappointed when I go to a drug store to buy biotin supplements for hair and nails. The prices are outrageous. This company has come up with a product that won't break the bank. My husband and I have been taking the pills for several weeks now and hair growth has been amazing. I have extremely brittle nails and I realize it will take a while for me to see progress with them. However, initally I am super pleased with this product. While the pills are large (the size of a standard multivitamin), they are a capsule. So, super easy to take. Thanks for the great product. I'll return with a follow up concerning nail growth and strength.
