I've been using this magnesium for a few weeks and already notice better sleep and fewer muscle cramps. It’s easy to digest and doesn’t cause any stomach issues like other forms. Love that it’s clean and free from fillers. Definitely sticking with this brand!

I started with just one capsule an hour or two before bed and I’ve never felt the need to use more. My sleep is much better. I stay asleep and the noises that use to wake me up no longer do. My wife can even get out of bed and I’m completely unaware. I also noticed I don’t need to pee in the middle of the night. I emailed Pure for a copy of the COA (certificate of analysis) with my lot number and sure enough they will provide it which shows the lab testing results. They contract with MD’s to sell these products which makes me think they are serious about having a high quality product. My wife says I’m more relaxed throughout the day. Less high strung. I feel it too. Highly recommended but start with one and go from there.

I've been using Pure Encapsulations Magnesium for years now and it's a game changer! I take it at night and this ensures I have regularity in the morning regardless of what I've eaten the day before or amount of exercise. No impact on my stomach and no problems with the pill size going down. I trust PE products for their quality and safety. You can pay less for other products but end up with less product of dubious quality with numerous fillers. PE is simply THE BEST!

Lo tomo desde hace un mes y me siento bastante bien. Me concentro mejor, duermo bien y despierto descansando. No tiene efectos desagradables en la panza como otras presentaciones de magnesio. Es caro y tardó una semana en llegar a Mexico pero hasta ahora ha valido la pena.
