5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for our kitchen

Our small 1970 kitchen has low upper cabinets. We needed something with a smaller footprint and a left-side reservoir so we’d have space to pour water in. This unit is shaped long and narrow instead of boxy, so we didn’t lose a lot of precious counter space. I loved the ability to change the reservoir location, which was easy to do. The pod insert is toward the back of the machine, so we do need to slide the unit out to use that (because of our low cabinets). I have the coffeemaker sitting on a tray, so sliding it is easy to do. The options do require a lot of button pushing first thing in the morning! Power on, choose strong (or not), choose pot or pod, then size, then the start button. It’s not at all complicated, and we joke that it’s our pre-caffeine cognitive test! The coffee is good (we use the “strong” option and it makes a difference). My only complaint is that the carafe does not keep the coffee hot long at all. Our cheap old Mr. Coffee carafe kept it piping hot for hours, and we got spoiled. My husband goes to work a couple of hours before I get up, and now I have to nuke my cup of coffee to reheat it if he makes a pot, which I didn’t have to do before. But, considering all the other issues it solved for us, I don’t mind. Having the option to do Keurig pods when we want something different (decaf, flavors, hot cocoa), or when we have company who want whatever we did not make a pot of is really convenient. Overall, it’s been perfect for us.

Love this Keurig have had it for almost 2 years. Still running strong you can program the coffee to be strong easy cleanup love the side water container got it on a prime day. It’s kind of expensive would not have got if I didn’t get a good review from my manager Because of the price happy I got it.

This coffee maker is great. Sometimes I want to make a large pot and sometimes I want just one cup of coffee. This coffee maker is perfect for that. Ignore the negative reviews about a little water still at the bottom or other BS as it's no big deal. I use to have 2 coffee makers, one for pots and a Keurig for single cups but no more.

4.0 out of 5 stars Love it... almost a five star

    r.m. · June 19, 2025

This review is for 16 days use. My last keurig was the single load to make one cup at a time. So this is an obvious upgrade. Will do 12 cups or the carafe which will hold 12 cups as well, before I have to add water. Today I made my first pot full at 7:40 am ... coffee tasted good. I use a dark roast ground to a med grind. !2 tbsp coffee and 12 cups of water and i did not push the strong button.I also bought paper filters to use with the basket. Made my clean up even easier. The instructions say up to 15 tbsp is ok. We do like our coffee on the darker side, so I'll play with the amt's as well as the strong button. The reason for the 4 star is me just being really picky... When making one cup at a time there is a tsp maybe less of water which somehow makes it's way into the front basket. The foot print is also small and the option to move the water container is a bonus. It was delivered with the container on the right side. Luckily that is where I needed it for now. Hope this review helps in some way.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best of Both Worlds - full pot or single serve!

Best of both worlds - bought this for my mother who loves her coffee all day — she makes a whole pot in the morning and it stays hot in the stainless carafe for hours and then we also have the option for single cup use for visitors — it’s been a great coffee maker - have had it for 6 months so far.

1.0 out of 5 stars So disappointed

    A.R. · August 12, 2023

Have had a Keurig Vue for 10+ years, and it started to leak (from underneath). Decided it might be time to get a new coffee maker (3-4 cups a day ... average ... for 10+ years). Did my homework, and decided on this one. Ordered it, but as setting up, realized we needed a reusable filter as we use our own coffee (pods way too expensive ... nothing mentioned on Bolo page).Ready to use new maker (there were a couple of surprises when setting up ... like you need to take out the pod holder and the "outside" holder on the My K cup reusable filter to get it to fit). Ok, figured that out (thank you Google). Made our first cup, and was surprised to see the coffee came out of not only the right place, but also from the back of the filter basket. Lost about 1/8 of the cup that first time. Shortened timeline, couldn't get it to stop leaking (many cups later, moving coffee cup trying to position to catch the leaks), from all different areas of the filter basket.Called Keurig. They walked me through steps (that I had already done ... not going to kill the messenger, but Keurig, your support needs to think a bit, not just read from a list of questions), and had told them what I had already done. Again, long story short, they told me they would send me a new coffee maker (thought getting from the mfg. I might be luckier) just had to send them some documentation.Sent them all the screen shots (via email) and reply told me they could not approve. S/N was blurred (it's on the bottom of the maker which means you have to set it on it's back). Guess the people approving aren't technologically adept enough to enlarge a photo (I did prior to sending and was able to read the S/N with no issues). Also, the screen shot I sent of my order confirmation from Bolo wasn't acceptable. Guess it didn't matter it had the order number, date ordered, and picture of what was ordered. Also, guess the fact that I had already registered the maker, and had given the serial number to the person I was talking to (three times) didn't count.Anyway, sent another photo of the S/N and another screen shot of my Bolo confirmation, noting this was what Bolo offered.Received an email (next day ... we're now a week into this) expressing their concern over the issue, and if I would reply with my address, Keurig would send me a new one (I had already included a picture of my mailing address, the ref #, and date as required in the original email). Told them to cancel the request, I was going to get my money back and find another coffee maker.Requested a RMA from Bolo, dropped it off and received my refund within two hours. Keurig needs to take some lessons from Bolo.Still don't know if it was the coffee machine itself or the reusable filter that caused the problem, and guess Keurig doesn't really care to figure it out.

    Excellent product, Great Seller!

I received my duo via Bolo but when I ordered it didn’t specify that it was from Costco. They shipped quicker than expected, and included a bonus 1 lb ground coffee, 48 KCups and a spare coffee machine filter. So I was already impressed before even firing it up.Love the slim design and removable water canister that can be placed on the back or side. Love not having to fill the pot with water first then pour it into a coffee maker, usually ending up with water on the counter. The design allows me to make a pot of coffee and then use a KCup function or just straight water through the KCup function without having to remove the full pot coffee filter. They function through two different places. This important to note because if you want hot water for tea, it doesn’t run through the full pot coffee filter area and taste like coffee. The coffee comes through hot into an insulated pot instead of warm and heated on a burner resulting in a bitter cup of coffee. Note, there is no burner. This actually works well for us as having a water softener, as with our other coffee makers, on occasion after washing the pot and placing on the burner, the salted water has corroded other coffee pot burners.Anyway, the flavour of the coffee is superior to any other coffee maker I have had. Now, the one flaw; insulated pot doesn’t close completely so the coffee stays “warm” for two hours as advertised. Warm, not hot. Since my husband leaves for work before 5 am and coffee is timed for him, by the time I get a cup shortly after 6 am, it is warm, not hot. If I add cream, I have to reheat it in the microwave. This is a small point, not major but if you think it keeps the coffee hot for two hours you would be disappointed. The coffee is good enough to drink black though so without cream, it’s usually warm enough for the first much needed cup.

This is not the top-of-the-line Keurig

    D.F. · April 22, 2024

Since I got this brewer, one of my relatives has been calling it the "top-of-the-line" Keurig. I disagree. A top-of-the-line Keurig has a touchscreen with bright colors and minimalized user-friendly interfaces. A top-of-the-line Keurig displays cute little messages saying "enjoy your coffee" or the like with the pep of a barista standing under their manager's nose. A top-of-the-line Keurig is packed tools redundant tools to look like it's working harder when all it adds are warnings to de-scale constantly or full-stops when you use a third-party pod that, by all accounts, should work perfectly fine. This is not the top-of-the-line Keurig; it's SO MUCH BETTER.
