Awesome! Really comfortable, fits well, quality worth showing off, seems very durable. In comparison to a New Era 39thirty size s/m fitted cap (center in pic) and a Zephyr size m fitted cap (left in pic), a s/m FlexFit hat fits the same. Of the three the FlexFit is the one I would prefer for active wear or hot weather, followed by New Era, then Zephyr, based on breathability. I got the flex fit for running in the rain/snow and yard work, etc. Probably will buy one or two more because they're nice.

Let’s talk about the Flexfit Men’s Cool & Dry Sport Hat – because apparently, my wife's head isn’t just big in an ego sense.First things first, if you have a noggin that’s more watermelon than cantaloupe, this hat’s got you covered. Literally. It fit my wife's head like a dream, which is no small feat. (Pun intended.)However, there’s one tiny issue. And by tiny, I mean it’s actually a big deal if you have long hair. There’s no opening in the back. None. Nada. Zip. Zilch. My wife tried to wear it, but without a place to pop her ponytail through, she looked like she was smuggling a squirrel under the hat. So, we had to return it.In summary, if you have a big head and short hair (or a lack of hair), this hat is your new best friend. But if you’re rocking a ponytail, you’ll want to look elsewhere unless you enjoy being mistaken for a wildlife sanctuary.

Wow! Finally, I've found the perfect caps for work. As a woman, I prefer to have a cap without the snap back, velcro, hooks, or holes for ponytails etc. that tend to tangle my natural hair. I purchased the men's small. The caps actually have a small amount of elastic give; ie. FlexFit. They also help keep sweat at bay.
