I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and design... especially at the price. The "boom" is very stiff and stable. I was worried it might bounce because of the length, but it's been fine so far. Its aesthetics are better than expected, too; sleek, smooth, and modern. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to consider adding a quick-release/quick-grip feature for individuals who don't leave it in place for extended periods.

I love this phone holder. It serves it's purpose, and I wish I'd bought it sooner. It is a little hard to bend, but I like that because it's sturdy and holds my phone well. I really like the size, length. It's perfect for my needs. I would definitely purchase again.

No more phones falling to smack your face! A great item and it’s very durable. The strength of the gooseneck makes it almost hard to adjust into desired position but once it’s in, it’s locked in. I appreciate the rubber stopper on the phone holding portion, it helps the phone feel sturdy in place. The only downside would be the plastic on the portion holding the phone does feel a little flimsy compared to the rest of the gooseneck, and I’ve had it break on me when taking my phone out. Use it gently and it should last you a while, though eventually it will have to get replaced just due to the nature of gooseneck holders weakening over usage.

Updating my review as Saiji got back to me after my original review was posted.Saiji did replace both my broken gooseneck cell phone holders, so they stood by their warranty, which I appreciate. The response was not timely, so if you are trying to reach them, keep that in mind. I don't like how challenging it is to find out how to contact them, nor the delay in getting a reply, but I respect and appreciate that they replaced both broken products.As for the product itself, it touts a stronger arm, which is likely true, since the arm is slightly thicker than the gooseneck product I purchased where the gooseneck itself broke. That said, the clamp for the phone is not durable, as that's what broke, in separate places, on both mine. The stronger gooseneck is supposed to limit the amount of wobbling the phone has, and I think it actually accomplishes that.This is not a bad product, but I can't say I'm thrilled either. As long as you know what you're getting, and that Saiji's customer support will likely be slow to reply if you do need to contact them, go ahead and order one. I still haven't heard back. I followed up with a second e-mail, that I also haven't gotten a reply to. Their second Saiji phone holder has broken since then.These is not the most durable things in the world. Not just Saiji's phone holders, but all of the sub $25 goosenecks for tablets and phones. Any criticism (devices wobble after touched, gooseneck is stiff to bend, gooseneck droops after tablet is seated) of this product is going to be the true for the other goosenecks, at least at this price point.This is not a horrible product, it's acceptable. But as you can see in the photos, both my Saiji cell phone holders have broken in different spots. (Both are temporarily fixed with super glue.) It's just not a very rugged plastic arm that clamps on both sides of the phone. If Saiji support were responsive and replaced both their gooseneck holders as they advertise, I'd be happy and give this product a higher rating, but neither the product durability nor the support are acceptable, and as such I'm giving it two stars.

much thicker and stronger than i expected! Works great for my phone, the neck is strong and stiff, it's not too loose, and doesn't move on its own, or slip. It's also not squeezing the life out of my phone with the clamp. It's easy to put my phone on and off of it and it works perfectly for what i needed, which was just a phone mount on my couch. Great, especially for the price. Pretty color too!

Size is good if even a little bit long. Holds my phone perfectly. I love the chip clip design rather than the usual tension clip. The quality is great, it feels like it will last a long time. My only slight issue is it feels hard to bend. It isn't a huge issue because I understand it needs to be that way for stability but maybe it will loosen a tiny bit with use. Overall, I would buy this again.

Wasn't expecting this gooseneck to be so stiff, BUT that's a good thing!....
I ordered this July 4th/24 and I got it so I could watch movies on my phone before bed. I have a hard time falling asleep without a movie on (I dunno why). Anyways, I was able to clip it on, sideways, onto my bed frame. Instead of over my head. That way I can lay on my side to watch a movie. The gooseneck is very stiff and I'm a bit weak lmao....guess I need to workout. I feel like it holds my phone securely. One thing I notice is when I adjust the position of the gooseneck the clamp gets loose. Then I have to tighten it back up. That's the only thing that bothers me. Other then that, I like it. It's kinda hard to tighten when I have tendinitis in my wrists.FYI- I included a pic of how I set it up next to my bed in case I didn't explain it properly. My hand is showing where the clamp is located. I also have a charging cable next to it. So I can charge my phone at night.
