It is tough finding vitamins and supplements that are not filled with garbage chemicals and fillers! Ancient Nutrition products are made with high quality ingredients. I have noticed I have been sleeping better since starting this product . I have recommended these vitamins to at least 6 friends.

This is the only prenatal vitamin that states that it's a "prenatal" made with beef liver. It has no weird smell or taste. It has ginger to help soothe nausea, the liver helps with low iron-so more energy! They quality is so good. It sells out so grab 2 bottles when it's available! Highly recommend!

This multivitamin is pure gold. Witchcraft even. It has helped with my mood, my hair and skin health, pre-menstrual symptoms, and best of all my libido. Holy moly! It's the only change I've made that I can attribute it to. My husband has no complaints, other than maybe lack of sleep! If you are contemplating trying it, don't, just buy them. It took roughly 2-3 weeks to see noticeable changes. I've ordered my second bottle only this time a 90 day supply. I'm a costumer for life.
