I don't often wear makeup, but when I do, I need to get every bit of it off or else I break out or my pores clog and I end up with what seems like instant blackheads. I've never understood how people can wear heavy cosmetics without ruining their skin. But then, maybe covering it all up is why they wear it in the first place. A-N-Y-W-A-Y...years ago I discovered a Lancome cleanser that melted and removed every trace of makeup and left my skin soft and clean without feeling dry or stripped of moisture. It was a cream-to-oil cleanser that liquefied at body temperature that was designed for oily skin and cleansed without water. In fact, mixing it with water wrecked the deep cleansing and makeup removing effectiveness of it. Once all my makeup AND eye makeup was dissolved, I could just wipe everything off with a damp cloth and then rinse my face in warm water. Presto. I didn't have oily skin, but the woman at the counter raved at what a miracle makeup remover it was, so I tried it, and it proved to be everything she'd said. Naturally, Lancome discontinued the product and I could never find anything like it. I was able to find more on the eBay and hoarded what I could find, but eventually, I ran out, and no one seemed to offer anything like it...until now. FARMACY NATURAL MAKEUP REMOVER IS THE BOMB! A little goes a long way. It looks like a cream, but it liquefies on contact with my skin. I go all over my face (and eyes!) in light circular motions until everything is completely loose and dissolved, and then wipe it all away with a damp cloth. Just like before. Then I rinse, rinse, rinse with warm water. My skin is fresh and clean with no trace of makeup left behind. It completely dissolves long lasting lipstick/lip liner and water proof eye makeup in nothing flat. No dryness, no redness, no stripping. It's just grand. I am so relieved to have found this product! I recommend it highly...but DON'T mix it with any water until you are ready to remove it from your face. Be sure to use a damp wash cloth to wipe your face before you rinse, otherwise I don't think everything comes off. If needed, after rinsing, if you want to follow up with your regular cleanser, or do a repeat with this cleanser, that would be up to you, but depending on your primer/foundation/powder etc., you shouldn't need to. I never have. I don't even need moisturizer after cleansing. I just use this stuff, rinse, pat my face dry, and head off to bed. Sweet! And the scent is wonderful. Refreshing and relaxing all at the same time. One other thought. As I mentioned before, my old Lancome product was made as a cleanser for oily skin, not especially as a makeup remover. It's only a guess, but if I had really oil skin, I'd try this cleanser whether I wore makeup or not. I think this product is probably going to prove to be way more than just a makeup remover.

This is my new favorite skincare product! I have been using it for about nine months and it does an amazing job and getting all my makeup off at the end of the day. Because all my makeup is removed, my cleanser can more easily do its job. I use this balm with a small silicone face scrubber. A little goes a long way. I wear makeup about 5 days a week and the 3oz tub has lasted me 9 months with at least another month or two left in this tub.Also, I have very sensitive skin and have to be extremely careful what products I use. I have never had any kind of reaction to this. There is little to no fragrance which is another bonus! I would highly recommend this makeup remover to anyone.

This is my bread and butter my secret sauce. LOVE THIS STUFF. Helps clean out my pores around my nose and chin from sebaceous filament as well as a great make up remover. I got this large container in August 2024 and it has lasted me until end of July 2025. Honestly a great investment despite the price!

I really like Farmacy products. I have tried a few, and they are all pretty good at doing what they say they will. This is one of my favorites. It is such a smooth, silky balm that glides on and feels so nourishing on dry skin. It is great at removing makeup for the most part, although it doesn't always remove all of my mascara. I normally prefer fragrance free products for my face and all of the Farmacy products I have tried so far do have fragrance, but I have never had an issue with them on my sensitive skin. This has a light, pleasant scent. It leaves my dry skin clean, soft, hydrated and looking refreshed after use. If you use heavy makeup, this may not be ideal for you, or you may need to go in with a 2nd application to remove makeup completely. But if you don't wear a lot or have dry skin and just need a really gentle and hydrating but effective cleansing balm, this is a great one.

Great product. Very cleansing and well moisturizing. It is not too greasy or thick and skin feels fabulous. I am over.60 yo and it provides just the perfect amount of moisture and cleansing that I need. I am a huge fan of this product and all their products. Their minis or samples that they carry with daily products needed are perfect for travel too!! I was completely out and this was a great, super fast ship!!

I’ve used a few makeup-removing cleansing balms, and this one has been the best I have tried so far. It smells good and melts in your palm, making it easy to remove makeup. I use it with reusable makeup remover pads, which I think is the best combo. I also have oily skin, and I haven’t noticed this product clogging my pores or causing breakouts.
