Excellent soups.. add shredded chicken and more Thai hot dried peppers and a can of coconut milk mushrooms shallots a little tomato and lots of cilantro leaves and a couple kaffir lime dried leaves .AND Galengal chips or it no Galengal then I also addd ginger knob peeled and sliced thin and a SPLIT stalk of lemon grass!. Tastes just like soupI had in Bangkok. Perfect! Just ordered 4 more

I was really disappointed in this soup. It was thin and the coconut milk looked curdled when it came out of the package. It’s supposed to be 2 portions but they would be small. We really liked the Pad Thai from this vendor and will buy it again.
