After several days of starting this I really noticed increased energy & I love this. I even donated blood & usually the day of & day after, I'm like a rag doll but I got so much accomplished & the taste is delicious!

I love the flavor. I mix it with my collagen every morning. The flavors strong at first which I like then once it's about half way 8-9oz. left outta 16-18 oz. I add more water for a lighter taste. At times I've also split one pack into 3 servings. I still get the pick me up I need and that way my water intake is more, which I also struggle with. This is my 3rd or 4th order and I plan to continue. It doesn't cause jitters or shakes. There's no crash after either.

First off, the taste is great. It does work in helping curb cravings however it gives me major headaches and super jittery and unable to settle down at night. I tried doing half a dosage a day and it was less jittery but still got them and headaches.

These are pretty well. I have been using them for a little while now. I usually take it in the morning after I wake up. I have noticed more energy throughout the day and decreased cravings for sweet foods, it has also helped me to curb my appetite and eat more appropriate portions. My only complaint is that it is very very sweet. Even when dispersed through a bunch of water it is overwhelmingly sweet. The flavor besides that is good though! I definitely recommend if you don’t mind the sweetness because I have found it to be effective and a great addition to my morning routine.
