I'm basing this review on previous orders of the same product, and on positive evaluations by people who know more than I do. I haven't yet opened this jar, but previous orders have arrived in good condition and the outside of the most recently ordered plastic jar was in good shape and well-sealed. There are cheaper magnesium glycinate tabs, but I've found several sources that cite the NOW tabs as exceptionally pure, meaning the amount of usable magnesium in each tab is what the jar says it is. Apparently for some other brands of this product, you do not get what you think you're getting, which makes it impossible to guess the right number of tabs you need.
