Smaller than I thought. Like 8" or 10" max. Maybe you can overfill them to 12"? Very thin and lightweighf. My puppy punctured it in 2 seconds. Its a fun beach or pool tpy for kids. Seemed like blowing it up could have been a little easier. Small nozzle.

Great color ! But seriously if these are twelve inches I don't see it. They were small. I had wanted them for a beach ball arch. Had to improvise they were to small, the ring is a 24 inch ring.
