When I buy a twin pack, to save a few dimes, the unopened bag, plus half of the opened, goes in the freezer, to preserve freshness.Good for many things, I find coconut flour gives baked products, like pancakes, more fluff to it. The flour also imparts a slight coconutty taste to waffles, if other ingredients, like matcha, are not added.Good for cookies too. (Especially 'kitchen sink' type cookies!)

This bag is a lot bigger than I was expecting and I am so pleased with my purchase! I was able to use this to accommodate not only gluten free baking needs, but I added this to a cake that had to be Gluten free, dairy free, nut free, egg free and soy free (whew!) and the change in the recipe by adding the coconut flour was exactly what it needed. It was delicious (even for someone like me who loves regular cake!).One thing to take note of with coconut flour is that it needs more moisture than regular flour or your goods will come out so dry they will choke you. Make sure you adjust the moisture content when baking with coconut!The flavor? Oh wow! It’s delicious. Light, delicious coconut flavor imparted to whatever you add this to and I love it! If you’re looking for a tasteless coconut flour this is not for you. However, the flavor isn’t overwhelming. I’m very happy with this purchase and will buy again and again!

I was REALLY excited about this double pack of coconut flour. Coconut flour can be expensive and not all of it has the same flavor. TerraSoul Superfoods coconut flour has great flavor. I’ve used it in savory dishes like pizza dough and in sweet dishes like keto conchas. The price made this an even better buy for me. My local grocery stores only carry 1, sometimes they have 2 brands of coconut flour and they are very pricey here, so finding such a great quality for such a great price has definitely made me a loyal customer to TerraSoul. I have been nothing but VERY impressed with all of my purchases with TerraSoul Superfoods. I just recently changed my lifestyle for health reason, so having everything I’ve been looking for and can’t find in store and their great prices has really made this transition to a healthier lifestyle much easier for me.

The first thing I made was wraps,tacos are my favorite food.So I use a wrap made out of this coconut flour instead, well of course it wasn't a nice crunchy taco shell, but it did satisfy. I was told by several people that coconut flour taste a lot like coconut, my wife and I both did not taste it at all. and that was a pleasant surprise second thing we made were pancakes they turned out just as good. Trying to cut back on carbs this is the way to do it very good product I would suggest it to anyone.

Have made Naan, brownies and cake with this flour so far. I love coconut A LOT so I adore the coconut aroma. Hubby isn't very fond of anything coconut but even he enjoys everything I cook with this. The flavor is definitely there but it's not so penetrating that it overrides everything else. And you need so little of it that you don't even taste it at all in some recipes.Price and amount great, not my first product with Terrasoul either, so far everything I've bought from them has been amazing 5 stars all around

If you bake with coconut flour then this should be your GoTo. Not a strong sweet coconut flour taste so it wont mess with your savory bites. Packaged in 3 airtight packs so its not sitting open forever and easy to reseal. We started keto baking these pizza bites and cant get enough of them...even though we eat them "all of the time" I am still on the 1st bag of flour.6lbs for what I paid for 1lb local...now that's value!
