OMG this product is so AWESOME if you ask me. I was trying to avoid egg yolks due to my cholesterol number being a little high.I used the egg white powder added water, as per instructions and made the equivalent of 3 egg whites. I sprayed a round Pyrex dish and cooked egg whites in microwave, made sure they were done by covering the dish with a lid for a few minutes after microwave was done. I did not do anything fancy like whipping the egg whites, just mixed, then shook it up in a tight lid container. I did let it sit to make sure it became egg whites and not a disgusting sticky blob.I lightly toasted a pita or naan. I used a little bit of Dijon mustard and a small amount shredded sharp cheddar. OMG it was so GOOD. The fluffiness did it!! Delish even without cheese which I do NOT need. The bag is gone now. I killed it. The price is very high right now. It was awesome while it lasted. I'll get a bag later on I guess.Bye for now ❤️ groovyjoan

1 egg = 2 teaspoons + 2 tablespoons warm water12 eggs = 1/2 cup + 1.5 cups warm water13 grams per two tbsp servingI purchased this for use with my Keto diet recipes. There are a lot of my recipes I make that call for egg white powder. I went with this one because there are a lot of others that have lots of additives and I just wanted straight-up egg whites without all the other junk. I haven't noticed a real strong eggy flavor as you have with some of the other egg white powders or any chalky residue at all. I also don't eat this alone. So there might be a slight eggy flavor if you decided to eat it alone for some reason? Maybe a meringue? I don't know lol. I am always mixing it into things and it turns out great! I love that it's just egg whites and nothing else!Pros:It mixes well into liquids and dryNot a harsh eggy flavor/very light egginessGreat protein boost!Not chalkyGreat for recipesDoes not require refrigeration (unless you don’t intend to use it quickly, then I would personally refrigerate it)It blends away completely and adds no texture or grittinessNo fillers, chemicals - silicon dioxide, or artificial flavorsCons:I don't have any issues with this other than maybe offer it in a larger size? lolI recommend this product and I will purchase it again!

Got these as a way to increase my protein intake when working out. I’ve had them before and they were just alright so I thought I’d give them another try; and they’re really just alright.Protein powders aren’t supposed to taste great, they’re supposed to help you bulk, but I’m a big baby and didn’t love the way they clumped up in my smoothie or didn’t dissolve in water. I got mine Unflavored because I don’t like flavored powders, and that may have made it worse. Maybe it’s all user error (which I wouldn’t doubt!). But overall, they weren’t my favorite.

Thank goodness.I am experimenting with the Carnivore Diet and made cloud bread with this.CLOUD BREAD RECIPEIngredients-Egg whites from 6 fresh eggsEgg white protein powder - 1/3 cupBeef gelatin - 2 tablespoonsSalt - 1/2 teaspoonCream of tartare - 1/2 teaspoonWHIP all the ingredients together until stiff peaks form.Place on parchment paper.Place in oven at 325 degrees for 15 mins.I’m fine with it’s plain white appearance, but if you want it more toasted or “bread-like” you can do the following.* Keep it in oven for a little longer if you want a toasted light brown bread that is slightly crisper.*OR add a little allulose if you want the bread to look brown just like toasted bread.*Not my recipe. I found this recipe on YouTube as shared by Maria Emmerich🍞The video does not do justice to how good this tastes when crafted into a sandwich :)It makes outstanding bread, with a soft chewy texture that is just like bread.It has no flavour just like white bread. Except that this is a SUPER HEALTHY version of bread that you can eat to your heart’s content.PERFECTION.I’m buying more :)
