LOVE THIS product got to my address sooner then I expected. I star using the same day I got it, is being two days and I can feel the deferens in my lower back, shoulders and neck. I know is crazy what I did to force my body to resist pain for more then a week but it wasn't that bed because I also star taking Evening Primrose Oil and it has been a great help but. I needed something as good or better to feel confident to stop definitely the anti-inflammatory and keep it natural as mushes I can, this two product together make a good duo the TURMERIC CURCUMIN that's what I really need it I'm so happy and feel good!! Turmeric is one of those spices that everyone has heard of but no one really knows HOW it can benefit them. First, I want to point out the difference in turmeric and curcumin because they are different, but work together to create something really awesome. Turmeric itself is a spice from the turmeric plant, while curcumin is the main ACTIVE ingredient in the turmeric plant. When you buy "Turmeric Curcumin" you're really buying that powerful active ingredient - an anti-inflammatory that's packed with antioxidants and so incredibly beneficial for so many health problems. It isn't a magic cure, but it is a must-have!I live with Fibromyalgia, CFS, and IBS-D with rapid gastric emptying. I see my primary care doctor regularly. Before I even opened the bottle, I took it to her to make sure it was safe for me to take because I also take prescription medicines. She checked the bottle and its ingredients and approved of the supplement. She told me to stop taking it if I experience any GI upset as some people, especially those with digestive issues, can experience stomach upset when using Turmeric Curcumin. So far, I have not experienced any stomach issues and take this supplement in conjunction with my daily probiotic. The website explains all of the benefits of this supplement and even references studies published.Of all the natural supplements I've tried in the past and all those available in the marketplace, I can say with confidence that you just can't go wrong with Turmeric Curcumin because it is beneficial to such a variety of health issues.For $15, this supplement is a MUST-HAVE and I confidently recommend it. Just be sure to check with your healthcare provider if you're taking prescription medications. It's always safer to have your doctors approval and let them know of any supplements you're taking. Hello, I did not take these pills everyday average every 2 days. I found hard to swallow even when drank with water. Minutes later fills like it’s stuck/trapped in throat. Literally had to drink 2 1/2 cups of water to feel comfortable again. YIKES (no, I normally do not have issues taking pills)... I do have constant swelling around ankle unless take 2 or 3 days off relaxing with pain between 5-7 level. When take pills early morning then relax an hour seem to have less pain 4-6 level... I also take 1500 mg of MSM pills with this. Pain stays 4-6 level however when I add an ibuprofen 200mg pain is gone completely for 4-6 hours. My Age group is 35-45. Granted Dr say I have mild levels of arthritis... if you have any natural remedies that helped please share. Thank you in advance
