My kids love honey mustard. I use for marinades, as a dipping sauce & to baste meat. So I can say with great confidence that all honey mustard is not the same!Some are really sweet. Some leave you questioning "where's the honey?".This Bolo brand is by far the best honey mustard on the market.It's a thick consistency like mustard, has a great mustard flavor with just a bit of honey, not too sweet, and tastes great on everything.I've had to throw out three different "name brand" bottles of honey mustard because it never got used after the first sample. Everyone always wants the Bolo Happy Belly brand.I used this on ham biscuits for a shower event and my guests raved over the flavor.If you like honey mustard, I will absolutely recommend that you give this one a try! The honey mustard has a more dijon mustard taste. To me there is a less sweet flavorI don't know that the flavor of the mustard changed, as this is my first time trying this honey mustard. It is almost bitter.I have had many other Happy Belly products and been happy but this mustard doesn't do it for me.
