These are my favorite nicotine lozenges to date. They are more expensive than some but you can use FSA/HSA so that helps. The dispenser or case is good. I fill them up more with the second bottle. The size is medium. The smaller ones are too strong and the larger ones are not strong enough. These have an outer layer that hits you quicker right away. The inside can get soft eventually. I like to take them out and put them on a paper towel sometimes if I feel my stomach getting upset or I get the hiccups. (all nicotine replacements seem to do these two things) The small lozenges are not only too strong but too easy to swallow. These can get slippery at times. Someone mentioned they could smell it when I popped one in one time. I wanted to remove a star because they are addictive and I would rather not use them but that wouldn't be fair.

These are so helpful. I smoked for 30 years, 4 packs a day. Between these and the patches I quit. Im down to 2 MG and I might use around 4 a day. Super helpful with cravings. I would buy 1 container to try, they are great but other smokers have said they are very strong.

This was a hmmm? Different. I usually take the 4mg mints. These were less minty? Idk? But the worst was not about the taste. One of the packs broke open n those little tiny clear beads were all inside the box n inside with the mints. I spit one out! Then I emptied it n realized somehow it was broke open? And I had to go through each one.Not cool! It was Prob a shipping issue? Idk Either way it was the first time I’d ever had that happen.Again I like the 4mg flavor the best. And they now have studies showing the health benefits from Nicotine therapy!!!!!Often the Bolo prices r much better than at stores. Unless u go to CVS! Use the coupons! Use the app! I can get an 50$ 4pack of mints way lower in price if u get the CVS retail app n USE the coupons! All in all full price or coupons! It’s cheaper than a carton!And now medical studies r showing health benefits to just Nicotine not tobacco lol!
