I highly recommend 1/2 a tablet, which is perfect for me. It helps me fall asleep fast. I only take a couple of times a week. A friend recommended this sleep aid when I had rotator cuff surgery and was not sleeping. I was very grumpy. This tablet worked great, and I slept well.I will take a whole tablet when I can sleep in or do not have to wake up early.

I’m 68 years old guy & have issues w/ a good night sleep. I’m 5’9” & 165lbs. & reasonably fit. I tried this two days ago & slept very well, but was left with a very groggy feeling for the REST OF THE DAY! The pills have a score in the middle so last night I cut my pill in half. The half pill seemed perfect! I slept almost as well as the full pill, and woke up feeling just fine, no grogginess! These are inexpensive compared to other sleep aids and the tiny pill is easy to take. I’m very happy with these.

Product works fine. I have been having bouts with getting my mind to relax. Didn't want to get a prescription for it so I gave this little pill a try. No lasting effects and I feel totally rested in the morning

It Works! I gave it to my mother with Dementia and it didn't seem to agitate her, she went to sleep at a reasonable time. I have not taken it personally but if I do I'll rewrite the review. Otherwise it's a win win for me.

So I tried this product which is the same active ingredient as other name brand. It works just the same in providing the same level of sleep. The major positive impact is that you get 3 time the quantity for the same price of other brands. I’m sticking to this product at this price point. I use it every night due to my insomnia and get about 4 good hours of sleep with no grogginess in the morning. Taste is terrible but it works. Great value for the money.

Incredibly strong. After reading other reviews, I only took half a tablet for fear I'd be too groggy to function at work the following day. Half a pill knocked me out in 30 minutes. The next morning, Initially, I felt ok, but as the morning proceeded, it became a struggle to remain alert even after 2 cups of coffee. I would recommend its use on perhaps a weekend or a night where you dont have to be up early of fully functional rhe next day. Strictly for occasional use to catch up on your sleep.

I wanted to be so skeptical of this product but this is the best sleep I’ve had in a while. I recently started taking d3 which gives me great energy throughout the day but keeps me up longer than I would like at night. I took this pill at 7:30 thinking it would take forever to kick in but I was would asleep by 8:30 and that’s because I fought it for a while. I did slightly wake up a couple times at night but was easily able to drift back away. I officially woke up around 5:00 with no weak or drowsy feeling. I would buy this again.
