We put our phones in there and some money for tips and snacks. Took them with us to Xcaret and went down the river which is 1.5 hours, swam with dolphins and no water at all. Used them in the pool at our resort, no water. Went on a boat to an island and on the way went snorkling, on the island on the beach no water. Overall phone and money was never wet at all and we were able to play on our phones while in the case. These are a must have if your going anywhere with water.

Did a 5 minute water test on these and the pieces of toilet paper I put it in them both were still so dry. I was shocked but so so happy and thrilled because I bought these for my upcoming beach trip and they are definitely very much worth it!! The durability is very, very good and maintains it’s shape very well. The weight of it is not too much especially with the thing around your neck that you can adjust anyway you want. The colors of them both are exactly the same as the picture so there isn’t anything different about that. I highly recommend these just because they’re that good!!

I purchased the Hiearcool Waterproof Phone Pouch with high hopes for keeping my phone safe during beach trips. The pouch fits my iPhone 15 well, and I like the idea of having it handy for water activities. However, I ended up returning it due to one main issue: the pouch doesn’t work well at depths beyond shallow water.While it’s advertised as IPX8 waterproof, meaning it should be safe up to 30 meters, I found that it didn’t perform as expected when submerged at deeper depths. If you're planning to use it just for shallow splashes or surface-level activities, it could be fine, but for any significant underwater use, I wouldn’t recommend it.Overall, I think it’s a decent option for light, surface-level use, but if you need something for deeper water activities, you may want to look into a more robust solution.

In september 2024, i bought these cases for my husband and i before going Salt River tubing in Arizona. Because of the nature of the salt river and its roughness, i actually lost my phone that day (in the water). I saw it on find my iphone, it was definitely at the bottom of the riverbed. It is now June 16, 2025… my mom just got a call that my phone was found outside the salt river, absolutely undamaged. The only possible explanation i can give as to how my iphone spent nearly 9 months in a river, and was still able to turn on and be in FULL FUNCTIONING ORDER is that this case is absolutely incredible. I can’t even imagine how this case kept my phone dry and had zero water damage over this time, but there you have it. greatest waterproof case of all time, defied all possible expectations.

Grab this! We have 6 now, one for each family member. We all have Samsung phones and they fit great!Phone protection is great! Easily be swimming in ocean or at the water park and no worries of water damage.The clear front allows you to still take pictures as you are making memories.The closure is c easy to do bit very strong. A bit tricky to unsay it, but do able.Design is great! Love the adjustable strap and strong closure. They are pretty thick, adding a layer of protection. I have to take my case off to slide in this, so I welcome the extra protection.Color is fun! We got the greenish blue & black.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This case is amazing I went to vacation in puerto Vallarta Mexico and had my phone in this case. I went swimming in the beach and the waves were so strong it knocked the phone off of me. My phone was in the case in the ocean for like 2 days and was found by someone. My phone stayed dry and still worked like new!! Would definitely recommend this case!!

Couldn’t turn phone on, when in the pouch.
I loved the waterproof sac, although the opening was made of a hard plastic. I don’t know if that would break easily. But I couldn’t turn my phone on, once it was in the pouch.
Excellent protection in watery surroundings.
I was so glad I had this protection when we visited the many waterfalls in Iceland. The sprays did not block the pictures. Worth the buy.
