So I thought I had written a review on this one already, but originally I couldn’t tell if this was working. I was worried it would upset my already sensitive stomach so I didn’t take it on an empty stomach originally. I didn’t feel like it suppressed my appetite but after about 3 weeks I took it more on an empty stomach. I took one in morning and one before dinner and I did feel it suppressed my appetite. Not as much as I thought it would. I didn’t ever cause any extra stomach issues. That being said after about four weeks I’ve lost 3-4 lbs. BUT I’ve also been doing some intermittent fasting a few days a week. I’m going to keep taking this for another month and see how it goes. I just ordered my second bottle. Fingers crossed that I can lose an additional ten pounds as that’s my goal. I’ve struggled lately due to slowing metabolism from a different medication. I never had trouble with weight before. Ugh it’s frustrating. Good luck to all who are struggling!!! Keep up the good fight! I see you and I feel you!

I decided to try berberine to help with weightloss and blood sugar spikes. So far it has been great! I am a binge eater so I tend to eat a decent meal, then all of the sudden I get a VORACIOUS appetite. Like I will eat ANYTHING in large quantities till I finally feel satisfied, usually after I eat too much. Since taking this I eat maybe one big meal and little snacks but I don't get that crazy insatiable appetite throughout the day. I also feel lighter, but I haven't weighed myself yet. For people who get stomach aches, I take three pills, three times a day for 1800. Morning, noon, and night. It helps A LOT with the spikes and one meal can last all day, it also us less harsh on the stomach (I never took two pills at once). I know that sounds scary but you have to take account that I binge eat. I will eat a large portion in one sitting. So over time I am eating less and less at once and eating smaller portions throught the day. It also gives a little energy lift after taking it so the three times daily does give a more consistent energy. Make sure you take it AFTER you eat for the best results on appetite. If you take before and then eat hours later it won't give you the benefits on the appetite hormone suppression and you will still overeat. If you take it after you eat a large meal (eg. Take Morning, skip breakfast. Have lunch and take it after) you will be fuller throughout the day since your body won't cause that hormone to release as drastically. If you aren't getting results you can add another pill but from what I have heard three is pretty optimal around 500 a pill. Hope it helps! Definitely do research on it. I also wanted to add I DID NOT get any request from the seller for any 5 star reviews, which made me feel much better about the product and the reviews I read.

So it’s been about 3 weeks since I started taking these supplements. 1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner. This past Friday was the worst day. I had very bad acid reflux, very bad stomach craps and zero appetite. I stopped taking it for a day. I took one after dinner last night and I woke up around 3am to barf my brains out. I couldn’t sleep so I’m tired now at work. Have no appetite but I’m barging yellow bile. So with this being said it will curb your appetite tremendously but is it really worth it. For me no way! I feel like poop and I’m soooooo nauseous. 🤮 I gave it 3 starts because it started off great and will stop you from eating. But not worth it lol

I bought this months ago and finally started taking it a few weeks ago. I’m not sure why I waited but I’m glad I decided to take it. At first I found it upset my stomach so I changed when I take it. I have now started taking it at bedtime and I wake up feeling great and energized. Appetite is cut and I’m so happy. Highly recommend!
