I miss baking when I switched over to Vegan Keto, but Anthony's Fine Almond Flour was the missing link. I just wish they would fill the bag up and less air. Tast great tho!

Wow! I'm celiac and over the years have bought many brands of almond flour. This is by far the nicest. It is very finely ground and has a subtle almond flavor that many brands lack. Having seen the high quality of it, I'm now planning to use it for some special baking.
