This heating pad is just fabulous! This is the 2nd one that I have bought. The first one I am still using, although the wires are a bit straggly. (about 4 years ago) Heats quickly . I usually only have it on low and it is a good temperature to keep - not to hot or not too cold.Only thing is that the cover should have a button or a piece of Velcro to keep the pad from popping out all the time. I have put a button on mine and it works very well. Good product and worth every cent!

Also. Heating pad was not wrapped in a plastic bag, like all are. Cord was all tangled up, not wrapped neatly, with a tie. Box was in bad shape. Giving me every indication, this item was used and sent back. And...why, were there NO CVS stores IN Florida, who could deliver this item?

I bought this CVS heating pad 1 month 2weeks ago when I was fresh out the hospital and in need of heat therapy and it has already stopped working. I paid a little over $30 for it, the heat settings were perfect and its the perfect size (the XL one). The heating pad I had before this 1 lasted me 5 years so imagine my shock when this one stopped working after a month. You can look at it and tell its still fairly new so I'm highly disappointed. Did I love it yes, would I purchase it again no. Id only recommend it if your looking for temporary relief, not long-term like I was.
