This are the only Melatonin that works for me through the night with out waking up at 3:00 am. I gives me the full rested sleep cycle I need. But I don’t take them everyday so my body doesn’t get used to.Pros:• grate price for quantity• tastes good and the are soft not to chewy• they work better that other brands• they have high amount of melatonin so you don’t need many.Cons:• noneHighly recommended. But is important to do your research if Melatonin is what you need for better sleep.

so I decided to try something natural because I was on Ambien for quite a while. One night I got up and painted my dining room while on Ambien- ( I did a surprisingly good job by the way.) but decided I needed to take a break. I decided to try the melatonin but didn’t have high hopes. These actually work. I chew two of them right when I get into bed and probably within 30 to 45 minutes I’m asleep. They don’t necessarily keep you asleep, but they definitely put you to sleep in the beginning, which is what I needed. A surprisingly great find.
