This is a great massager. It does not have the hard balls that rotate, which is I did not want. Those hurt me and I don't like that form of massage. I love those one because it has multiple modes and heat and time settings. It comes for enough at the top to include your neck. Which alot of others do not. I have two and am about to order a third. I bought the first one for myself. But my husband, who has always opted for the ball massagers, decided he liked this one better. I rarely get to use it. Then I bought one for my son, who has a bad back, for Christmas this past year. Now I'm going to get one more for me. This,time no one is taking it away from me lol. This one's mine. I highly recommend this unit. The original is still going strong 4 years later and is used almost daily. Well worth the money for a unit that works great and lasts years with daily use.

This is a vibrating massager, which was what I expected. It works really well, I do like the ability to change the intensity (three settings) and the ability to increase or lower the heat. The material is quite thick - very comfortable, and much heavier than my previous chair massager.It is louder than my previous one - however it is much stronger also. Lowing the intensity also lowers the sound. I use it watching TV and I can still hear the TV just fine, it is not annoying, it is just different.I've had it two weeks and so far I love it.

PROS:+ Relaxing vibrations+ Ample heating to soothe back aches+ Upgrades my subpar office chair with slightly more comfort even when the motors and heaters are off.+ Easy controlsCONS:- Vibration motors vibrate, calling them massaging is a bit of a stretch. Still relaxing, just not deep enough for me to consider it to be considered "massaging." Others may disagree.- The heater on the bottom lights my rear on fire and makes me sweat. Wish I could turn off the butt heater and leave the back heater on.- Has to be plugged in. Maybe that's not so much a con on the product as is a con with reality. I can't think of any other sensible way to power this thing but dealing with the cord is one of those things that make being a grown up more difficult. Obviously - first world problem and all that.- While the controls are almost perfect, the fact that we can not turn on the back heater without turning on the butt heater is a problem.WOULD I BUY IT AGAIN?Yes, I've had it for a few months now and it is still worth every penny. If it lasts a full year, I will have considered it more than worth it. If it last the full two years of the warranty, I will feel like I got a steal. 2019 is a really great age to be alive in.Overall, I am glad I gave this product a try.SOME RANDOM THOUGHTS:After about 6 hours at my desk working on servers, it is a relief to turn this on. The only problem I experience is that after about 5 minutes, the butt heater makes my nuts sweat. TMI - I know. But listen, I don't know how else to say it more delicately.The vibrating motors aren't deeply massaging, but they provide a surprising amount of relief. In my case, as a 6'3" 300+ lb man with shoulders that are wider than a lot of people are tall - AND spinal arthritis - not to mention an L4 and L5 that are smaller than the bones above, I can't begin to explain how nice 15 to 30 minutes of vibrations and heat feel.Even without the electronics, the cushion improves the comfort of my desk chair ever so slightly.ONE LAST THOUGHT:It is always too hot in the office for me, year round. No matter where I've worked, I've kept a desk fan that runs non-stop 9a to 6p to cool me down. But if you are one of those poor souls that just can't get warm in the office, this seat cushion might possibly change your life.

This vibration pad is awesome. I originally purchased it for my son’s girlfriend’s birthday but they broke up the week before so I decided to try it out myself before returning it. So glad I did! I have been using it consistently on my home office chair for over a month now and have been surprised by the strength of the vibrations - combined with the heat it’s very soothing. The only problem is I like using it so much that I am standing at my desk much less often and almost don’t even need my sit-to-stand desk anymore. Can’t wait to use this product in the chilly winter months. I have been recommending this product to everyone I know who has a desk job. The only reason I rated it a 4 for pain relief instead of a 5 is that it obviously isn’t as effective as other pain relief modalities like getting an actual massage and won’t totally eliminate your back pain - but it sure is soothing. Very easy to set up too, you just connect the cords and it’s ready to go. It easily straps to the back of the chair and is secure with no slippage. The pad is thin but nice and soft. It has multiple settings (upper back/lower back/hips/thighs) and multiple massage modes - I tend to keep it on auto which hits everything. Love the timer feature, it defaults to 15 mins but you can set for 30 or 60 mins. Can’t recommend this product enough.
Works just as promised
I'm finding this to be very comfortable and sooths my back. With months of sitting, I've had hip and back problems and needed something better than a simple heating pad. This seat cushion has nice vibrations and the heating is very good. I've only had it a week or so, and my back feels better and it's nice to be able to turn on and off (I really like the convenient little pocket for the control device!) when needed. It's been especially nice to have the extra heat in the winter time in my basement office as well!
Such a good product!
I love this gadget! I have had it for about a week and use it daily, several times a day. I sit in it and use one of the 6 settings, auto being my favorite, since it rotates through all the different modes. Feels great! Have it in my Ikea chair by my window and the straps are loose enough and stretch enough to wrap around the whole cushion, including the top strap that fits over the top of the chair. So nice to sit on as I read my Bible and just relax while I pray. The heat feature is also great and I especially like the 2 heat temperature settings. No complaints at all about this product, and it is great that the manufacturer offers a 2-year warranty, by just simply registering via email. Yes, I would definitely recommend this product. (Though I gave it 5 stars for pain relief, I am not really able to rate it's capacity in that regards, since I am not experiencing a great level of pain. Yet, if I were, I feel quite confident that it would be of great help.)
Convenient, and portable massage with heat!
I bought the Snailax Vibration Massage Seat Cushion, hoping it would fit well into my office chair. No issues at all! It's very portable, but you will need a nearby plug. As for the functions, it does exactly as advertised: massages 4 areas, the upper and lower back, hips and thighs (you can turn each area on or off, a nice option). There's also 5 options for the type of massage you want: pulsating, tapping, rolling or kneading, and 'auto', which rotates between them. I prefer the kneading option, which gives the strongest massage, and is consistent.There's also an optional heat button which appears to warm up the middle pads and has two settings: red - high, and orange - low. Again, I prefer the highest setting, which is more than comfortable. The only issue I have here is it's hard to tell which is red and orange (you keep pressing to cycle through them), although I believe high is first.This is the first time I've bought a massage seat, so I don't have anything else to compare it to, nor have I had enough time to know whether or not it's effective. But for the price, it's done exactly as advertised, with no problems.
If you suffer with pain you will fall in love with this!
The heat mode in the massage cushion model SL-262P is way better than any heating pad I’ve ever tried, I was actually using my microwave ones that have to be reheated every 10 minutes to get any relief from them. If you have arthritis you will love the heat this model produces, no more going back and forth to heat up pads or dealing with the 10 min shut off with my plug in. I loved that it was user ready, just unwrap, place and plug in and it was ready to go, which I really appreciated since I was in alot of pain and just looking to relieve it. It stayed in place nicely when I kicked back in the recliner too, I didn’t have to mess with adjusting it at all. It gives a nice gentle vibration, perfect for soothing a body that’s already in a world of hurt. I really like the rolling mode it feels like hands rubbing your back. After 15 minutes of the beautiful heat and trying out the different modes I did the rolling mode for another 15 minutes, I felt so much better when I got up to make supper. While I was working on some dishes I tried out the cordless neck and shoulder shiatsu model SL-632NC ( I sit to wash dishes) It loosed up my neck and shoulders and lessened the spasms and shocks I was having, and while I didn’t notice as much heat from it as the other model it did create some heat to help my arthritis, and it was a stronger massage then the cushion that I’d compare to a sports massage which is great to get the circulation going, and work out knots in your muscles, it also felt just like hands to me like the other one. After it worked on my neck for a few minutes I slide it down to my upper back, then lower back and alternated back to my neck while I was fixing supper, it made it much more pleasant then it usually is and I felt well enough to eat afterwards. I even used it on my leg to bring the circulation back a few times. I can’t wait to use both everyday throughout my day to help me feel better! I’m actually using it right now to relax me so I can try to go to sleep. I’m excited to check out more products I would definitely buy for family and friends. Highly recommend
Not good.
I bought this item because the reviews were good. The product is not, though. All settings feel the same, like a vibrating phone. I returned it.
