I really don't know how effective these are, how do you tell if vitamins work? I have been taking these for a couple of years, I think they are better than what you buy at Walmart.

Whilst a great product on the surface it contains far too much B6 to be a daily product which is disappointing as the rest of the contents are fine. Excess B6 causes Neuropathy which is the last thing we need as we age, esp when we already have issues with neuropathy. Unfortunately most of these products are now the same thus will have to look for another range in future

Thorne is a good brand for supplement. This B Complex is very effective with the right formula not the cheaper one. The buyer is always fast on delivery and cooperative.
