Seems like a good quality vitamin and it did not have any weird smells. It did not cause any stomach discomfort and there was no aftertaste. Easy to take and the price was good for the amount received. This seems like a good quality brand.

I work the night shift in a snowy area so I don’t see the sun often! I realized I wasn’t sleeping well, I was irritable and noticed more hair shedding than usual. My doctor advised taking this brand of Vit D.These capsules are very small so they’re easy to swallow which I really appreciate. They come with a 2 month supply which is a good value for the money.I made the mistake of taking my first on an empty stomach which gave me a stomach ache/nausea feeling for about an hour afterwards. The next day I ate breakfast and let my stomachs settle first before taking which seemed to help a lot! Still some bouts of nausea, it’s really hit or miss.After a few weeks of taking these my hair shedding is back to normal. I am sleeping much better and not nearly as irritable as before!Just be cautious of taking without eating something first but they do work!
