I've been using this for 2 years and my hair is amazing. One note is that my hair is curly now. Beautiful wavy curls. But, I can straighten if I want, but I've never had such fullness. I get compliments daily. I also use Thorne's collagen. My neice finished chemo for the 4th time in 7 years and I started her on it...it is growing like crazy and thick AF!! also curly lmao

Thorne Biotin 8 - Vitamin B7 (Biotin)I’ve been taking as directed on bottle for 8 weeks. 45, perimenopausal, and my hair was definitely getting thinner!I’ve noticed a difference not only in the thickness of my ponytail, but also in a spot on the corner of my forehead with baby hairs. The biggest difference has been in my eyebrows. I’m not having to use pencil anymore to fill them in a little (which I’d never done before this glorious time of change).They haven’t bothered my sensitive stomach and I am taking the time to write this personal review - which I definitely wouldn’t do if I had not noticed a difference.I’d recommend giving them a try for 8 weeks and continue if you notice a difference like I have.

I’ve tried every brand and form of biotin out there and this is the only one that makes a marked improvement in my hair and nails. Every so often, I stop using it and switch to a hyped brand or something less expensive, but the results are never the same. This is the only one that makes my nails smooth and strong and gives my hair some extra oomph. Takes about a month to see nail improvement and 3-4 months for hair changes. Totally worth it!
