They work- i have been taking them 8 weeks and I am PRing at every race I do with flying colors. Been running over 20 years and I've never hit times like these in my races. I also recover quicker. The energy increase and improvements in cardiovascular fitness is amazing. Worth every penny.

Super glad for this product as it has raised my iron levels in a fairly short amount of time. My levels were extremely low and this supplement has helped to raise them. I started taking them 3 times a day as directed by my doctor and since I have improved, I am down to twice a day. Only complaint is needing to take them on an empty stomach and have to remember to not eat at least 30 minutes after taking. I didn't experience any side effects and rarely notice a metallic taste. I try to take with orange juice as directed by my doctor.

I wrote a negative review previously only to realize how stupid i was. I had 7 ferritin in late 2023 and i took thorne and made it jump to 28 by middle of 2024, and then i switched to ferritin+ by flora from sprouts thinking thorne is too slow and i was so damn wrong. My blood test this week showed 7 ferritin. I just realized it was Thorne which helped me last year and i am switching back to thorne again.

I prefer to get what I need through food, but the idea of eating liver on a regular basis is not something I can tolerate so supplements it is! I felt pretty good the next day and it is very effective. It has vitamin C in it to help with absorbing the iron as well as B vitamins. I did not notice any bad smells or tastes in this supplement and it seems to be effective. The pill size is not large and it's easy to swallow. As for the strength, it says it has 36 mg of iron and I needed more than most supplements offer.
