Satisfies my sweet tooth without the calories. I love that it's vegan. I make it with almond milk and it whips up to the perfect consistency. Tastes a bit better when chilled. I also use it in my vegan ice cream mixes for the Ninja Creami.

Love the taste and fast preparation, but it's a little gritty. A great quick dessert. But it always arrives boxes crushed, as though a truck drove over them! Still usable.
