First time trying to descale something, I had buildup in my Breville Kettle from probably about 2 years of regular usage. Following the instructions, I poured half the bottle into my kettle, and then filled all the way up with water. Not quite sure what to do next since the instructions are really geared toward coffee filtration systems etc - but I just let it sit for 30 mins to an hour or so, and then I actually ran the kettle to boil, and dumped the water out. Filled up and boiled again a couple more times, and then aired out. The inside of the kettle is almost spotless now, it is almost performing like new, and water coming out very clean now. Now just need to remind myself to do it more often. Very happy with this product!

I ran the descaling solution through as directed. When I was doing the final step (running 2 reservoirs worth of clean water), it stopped working. After several attempts, I finally decided to try another round of descaling solution. It still didn't work, so I let it sit overnight. I must have had some incredible buildup, because the next morning, the descaling solution had eaten through the gunk and moved through the system, and I was able to run the two reservoirs worth of water through. So after all that, I do recommend this product.

I was sure I could descale my Keurig, which sits unused for six months each year and had begun to make horrible grinding sounds. After it quit entirely I did the vinegar clean, but the results were only a minimal improvement. I then ordered the K&J de scaling solution, used as directed, and ran clear water through the tank 3 times. My Keurig is now making good coffee without the grinding! That’s what I was hoping for. Works as promised!

I used this product to descale my Nespresso CitiZ. While the product was easy to use it did not provide the descaling I was expecting. My espresso drip did not improve and in fact slowed down.

Worked great. It got rid of so much built up scale in my system it actually plugged up my Keurig. I went on YouTube for some videos on how to get it to work again. I ended up using the whole bottle instead of only half but my keurig seems to be working great!

I have no idea what I'm doing. This didn't come with any instructions. Wonderful. Now I get the pleasure of reaching out to the company for how to use their product. Just kind of annoying.

I use my Keurig for about 3 cups of coffee per day for close to a year now. It finally started to make funny noises and slowed down quite a bit. Bought the descaler and tried it and my machine is working much better. Funny noises are mostly gone and back to speed. I did use a whole bottle instead of half. Speedy shipping.
