The scents are super rich and traditional, and I love that you get a mix of different oud blends. They’re not overpowering but still fill the room with a warm, relaxing vibe. Lighting them with the included burner is really easy, and the bricks last a surprisingly long time.It also feels like such a mindful ritual when I burn one—perfect for meditation, prayer, or just unwinding. Each scent has its own personality, and none of them smell synthetic or overly perfumed. The presentation is lovely, and it’s such a nice way to experience a variety of classic bakhoor without committing to just one scent.

5 stars are very rare. This item gets 4! I am new to Bakhoor and this burner and the scents offer a great and lasting first meeting! The scents are very rich, which may translate to strong for some. The burner is not flimsy at all like the filigree or gossamer designed metals. The rainbow and stars design projects on the walls and ceiling! The burner fits well into the sturdy wooden coaster. The Bakhoor does not disintegrate. It releases the scent until the scent is gone. I have also placed Bakhoor on a charcoal disk for an even stronger rellease of scent. I take the Bakhoor off after a few minutes and notice that the scent lingers very well. I am very impressed by this very easy to use and, um, cute burner! I'm a GUY, okay?!There are a great variety of scents available which is awesome!!It is said not to use this burner with Bakhoor that melts. I imagine that would include wax and resins also.Great products just bought another burner! Shipping was great also!Peace***UPDATE***5 STARS!!I am still enjoying this bakhoor and burner. I also have a ZENBLESS holder for Palo santo and sage. I can put the bakhoor brick on top of the ZENBLESS poles and warm the brick. This makes the strength of the aroma adjustable. When it is done, I get the final bursts of aroma by putting the bakhoor on charcoal. So bakhoor on the smokeless burner and/or the ZENBLESS holder and then the charcoal for final release. This flexibility with these very fragrant bakhoor deserve and receive 5 Stars. Mostly, I can tell the diffrrence in fragrances unlike some resins that smell like "something is burning!" These are quality bricks and great scents at a great price.Peace

The media could not be loaded. Smells amazing. I’m new to oud bakhoor and this is a great starter set. They smell clean, fresh, and not like old traditional smells like some other bukhoor I don’t like. I love it!Update: I had guests over and they noticed the smell as soon as they came in. I got lots of compliments on the smell. I’ve been burning it at night before I sleep. The only con is I wish the smell was stronger. It’s subtle in large rooms.

It comes with many scents to choose from. I will say that the first scent I burned, I was very hesitant about the smell. Luckily, the 2nd scent was to my liking. The smell is strong as long as it is burning. I noticed that the smell did not linger after. For the price, it’s good.

Smells like exotic sensual indulgence. Lasts for a long time and I get many compliments. Highly recommend. I also have gifted this set to friends.

I had high hopes for this bakhour, but it was not good at all. Maybe I’m just used to very authentic bakhour but this barely smells and only if you’re right above it. Usually I use the coals heat them and then add the bakhour on top but this candle version is not effective. I will be returning it. I hate to write a negative review but I just don’t want someone else to waste their money on a defective item :/

The burner is great as long as you have tea lights. There is a very wide variety of scents but very few are particularly unique. Most smell like cardamom and saffron that have been sweetened heavily. There are hints of oud but it is definitely not the dominant scent.

This is the first time I tried it, but I am hooked. It comes with different scents (I only tried one and loved it). It burns without any fumes and leaves a nice scent in the room. It also makes a great gift. Recommended without any hesitation.

Gorgeous room scent with no smoke, just beautiful aromas
I saw this being raved about on Mumsnet and bought it after reading how many compliments it received. I'm glad I did, because this is a beautiful way of fragrancing your home. There is a little candle holder with a brass plat above it that you had once chuck of bakhoor on to. The flame heats the brass which heats the charcoal and a strong and spicy/oud scent fills your home. I've found that you can only really use one chunk once and it's better if you use 8 hr tea lights rather than 4 hr (not supplied). I intend to buy moor bakhoors as soon as I run out. I'm a total convert!By the way, this applies ot the variety pack which is mainly oud with a bit of sandalwood.

Lovely fragrance that instantly uplifts the mood great for meditation or winding down. Burns cleanly with no smoke and lasts long too. A bit pricey, but the quality and design make it feel special & worth money.
