The size I got for an aging man, who has lost tremendous weight. I wanted the Small and this is Small and Medium. The Small fits perfect. There is a sufficient amount of protection for these diapers. The fit is secure, tight and holds liquid well. Nice Adult Diaper

As a young adult, I'm not proud of the fact that I need to wear these because of the work conditions that I'm under, for 8-10 hours, 5-6 days a week, in a harsh & unforgiving environment. I don't 'NEED' to wear these all the time and everywhere I go, but as for Work!, that's a different story.With that being said, I'll gladly recommend these to anyone who needs a little bit extra "protection". I've tried other brands, store knock-offs, and other designs, but as for these?.....they're the best design, fit, and feel overall. Even the cost isn't horrible. It's not 'great', but 'not' horrible either. These have a nice stretchable waist to fit many body shapes, or if you're just not 'in' shape, but these will hug your body and flex with you. Trust me, I've tested this, willingly or not...lol.What's nice about this design compared to others, is that the protective padding is more raised & focused on the front groin area, so leakage or a small run won't escape the coverage area. Even if it's #2, this has pretty good coverage & containment. These actually do have pretty good capabilities / quality of being able to absorb & hold in any bad smells or if things get...'messy'. Again!...believe me!....I've tested this.....unfortunately :-(.Besides all that, these are pretty hidden and not bulky, or at least I don't think anyone notices. They feel pretty form fitting and I don't have to make any additional adjustments to my clothes to wear these, which makes me feel a little bit more 'normal' whenever I do need to wear these.Would I recommend these? Definitely!

The devil is in the details. Went to a local big box store to get some vitamin pills and noticed something. They had the Depends for men that I have been using for more than a decade priced a significant bit lower than I have been paying at Bolo. So I checked with lots of my old Bolo orders (some of them through Bolo but actually delivered by Walmart.) The current big box case was 76 diapers. The Bolo was 80. and the product was not the same. Both boxes had big letters claiming Stop all Leaks! and in tiny letters also saying ‘up to 100%’ That would be true if it stoped almost no leaks. Bolo in big letters says ‘Absorbs 30X its weight’ The other box says only in a small note down in the lower corner ‘absorbs 25X its weight’ The unit price works out to 69 cents for the big box and 67 cents for Bolo. It is not even the same product, even though the box looks superficially the same. It pays to pay attention.
Finally, a great fit for people with belly!
I’m a customer with a belly which sometimes makes finding briefs with a comfortable fit difficult. By increasing the waist size, the XXL proved to be the best fit as I can pull the briefs over my belly for a comfortable fit. Everything else is excellent as per usual when it comes to no leaking, great absorption for a long period of time. A++

These pants would not fit over my 1-year-old grandson's bottom. If you have no stomach and no ass, then maybe, but then you wouldn't need XXL, would you? Complete waste of money and not returnable- Duh!
Not worth the price
Too costly when compared to Indian products like Dignity Overnite, but same absorbency. Hold capacity is not more than 4 to 5 hrs.
Highest quality and best value for the money!
Excellent and smooth fit. No noticeable outline externally. Works very well for those who are catheterized as extra insurance against leaks day or night. The 40-pack unit price is far less than the lower counts.
