These absorbent underpants was a game changer for someone that just had pilonidal cyst surgery that left the patient with a large open wound in the tailbone region of the buttocks. The wound is packed with gauze to avoid infection, but the packing leaks lots of blood unto the undergarments and , therefore, any where the person would sit. The key was to wear these absorbent underpants BACKWARDS since that is where the padding is needed. I wish the surgery center would have sent the patient home with these instead of the mesh undies that do nothing to absorb blood. These came overnight and really made the next day easier as it gave the patient freedom to go about normal activities without worrying about blood bleeding through clothing and seating. People can say what they want about Bolo, but Bolo has come through making life easier with its fast, overnight service!

Fast Delivery and priced less when buying in Bulk.The men's large fits my husband, size 36 waist. Only thing is I wish they marked the Back in a White Ink so it is easier to see and put Depends on. Unfortunately for the last 2 years we have had to occasionally use Depends and using more and more, so I like to stay stocked up.

Admittedly I have not tried any other brand. These were the first I bought in preparation for prostate surgery. I wore these post surgery while I still had a catheter because I had leaking due to bladder spasms. Then I wore them due to the expected incontinence. I was dreading having to wear a "diaper" but found these to be very comfortable and functional. Didn't even think about having them on most of the time. Not much different than wearing a pair of whitey tighties.

I ordered these after urinary surgery that causes temporary incontinence. I was pretty much dreading use of what I expected to be an "adult diaper," so I was pleasantly surprised to find that the sizing, fit, comfort, absorbency, durability and odor suppression are all very good. The elastic brief that encapsulates the whole system is very comfortable and does not cause chafing. And until the point where the entire absorbent core is completely saturated, it does not feel wet or clammy. Odor control is very good, too, to the point that there was no noticeable odor from a "full" pair. Highly recommended!
