White Sesame Seeds are the main ingredient in tahini, a dip or paste used in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine - check out the simple recipe on the back of the bag, then combine with Bob's Red Mill Garbanzo Beans for a wonderful homemade hummus! They are also an excellent addition to granolas, trail mixes, salads, mueslis, hot cereals, buns, rolls, muffins, or pretzels and are also used in desserts like sesame balls, sesame seed toffee, and sesame cookies.

I use these on almost every loaf of bread I bake - and those little tiny little bottles from the store just don’t contain enough to last more than 4 loaves. This bag has enough (much higher quality) sesame seeds in it and they toast up beautifully and deliciously with every loaf I bake.

I take this millet grain and make it into flour using my nutribullet machine. This way I can use it as a grain in cook cereal or by using the flour into pancakes and protein bars. It is non gluten and much better than wheat flour .
